co worker: How do you feel today?
me: I feel like a big fat cow with meat slabs instead of arms.
Was this an appropriate response? Or should i have said " im fine" instead? Maybe i need to learn some social ettiquite... or maybe people should stop asking me. I mean, Hello, i look like im about to explode... how do you THINK im feeling?

I think a coworker you see everyday should know better and not ask such stupid questions. A coworker of mine already told me I was looking big. I said...you're not supposed to say that until the end.
I was so surprised at how much arm fat I got. Noone told me my upper arms would be pregnant too. Or my feet, for that matter.
